Apple seeds - contains amygdalin, which converts to cyanide after eating. Apricot leaves, stems, & pits - contains amygdalin / cyanide. Artichoke (raw) - has been said to inhibit protein digestion. Beans (raw) - depends on what kind, but most beans (especially kidney beans) contain lectin-phytohaemagglutinin, which causes red blood cells to clump together and can be fatal.
Bread - choking hazard. Toasted bread can be less of a choking hazard and you can add some water to regular bread so it's harder to choke on. Honey - choking hazard. When used, dilute it. Peanut Butter - choking hazard. When used, dilute it.
